WAEDC Announces Assistant Director Resignation

The Wapakoneta Area Economic Development Council (WAEDC) announced today the resignation of Assistant Director Erin Hollenbacher.  Hollenbacher has served as assistant director of the local economic development agency since March 2008.  She and her family will be relocating to the Columbus area.  A search for her replacement will begin immediately.

"Erin has been a huge asset to our organization," explained WAEDC Executive Director Greg Myers. "She has handled our financial operations, administered our Revolving Loan Fund and Job Ready Site Grant programs, and implemented our special marketing projects.  We will truly miss her enthusiasm and skills," Myers added.  "We wish her and her family the very best as they move to Columbus."

Hollenbacher also managed WAEDC's web site and served as special assistant to the Downtown Wapakoneta Partnership.  The position of assistant director was created in 2008.  The work schedule averages 30-40 hours per week.  Details regarding the position are available at www.whywapakoneta.com.
